Orders to Germany are charged a flat rate of €4.90 per order , while shipping to Austria costs €8.00 per order . In both cases, shipping is handled reliably by our shipping partner UPS . The average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday.

We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Please track your package, note the delivery date, and be present at your delivery address to receive it. If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, additional shipping charges will apply.
